Message	bearings are definitely shot due to a bad vibration or wobble from the hurried install and the propulsion from the fan blades pulled the shaft through the housing after the bearings gave up. If it wasn't the mentioned install, may have occured from an over-tightened belt at some point. Interesting to say the least.
